Mitigating the risk of early-stage investment

In keeping with our mission, at the time investment is made, portfolio companies are engaged in meaningful discussion with their corporate or financial sponsors, or a likely exit partner, where milestones have been mutually identified and partner intent confirmed.  These discussions further corroborate our due diligence and mitigate pathway risk.

Our deal flow is proprietary and unique.  By partnering with Tier I & II corporate strategic investors, high-end development partners, and select incubators, we have a first look at the most innovative and commercially promising of medical technologies.
